The Lookup Field

The new Lookup field makes filling out forms faster and more accurate. With it, you can:

  • Connect a form field to any existing File in Paprlss.
  • Choose which fields from that File (e.g., Full Name, Address) should automatically populate in your form.

 

Users can quickly search and select from existing records, ensuring data stays consistent and up to date.

 

All completed forms with a selected Lookup field will also stay synced, automatically updating whenever the source File is updated.

  • Example: If you have a File for Contacts, you can instantly pull in details like full name, phone number, and email by selecting them from the Lookup field options.

 

Custom Fonts for Forms & Surveys

Your forms should look and feel like your brand. With 2.1.3, you can now fully customize your fonts:

  • Upload your own fonts (WOFF, WOFF2, TTF).
  • Set separate Title and Body fonts for more control.
  • Adjust font sizes (Standard, Large, Extra Large).
  • See changes instantly with a live preview in the theme editor.
